Job Position: Business Manager
Location: Yangon, Myanmar
 
SUNFIX Group is on a mission to transform how companies are run through Customer Centred Software. As part of our aggressive international expansion plans, we are looking for a Business Manager based in Yangon. This business manager will be an important part of the leadership team and report to the Group COO based out of Singapore. The Business Manager will work closely with senior leadership including the CEO, CMO, CPO, CTO, CHRO as well as teams in Singapore, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Myanmar.
 
Responsibilities
  • Support the Group COO in daily operations
  • Develop business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and profitability
  • Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
  • Ensuring that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
  • Driving or support change management internally
  • Project Management of task as and when required
  • Support the overall Business Planning Process for Business Assessment, Business Review, Planning and Calibrations to ensure cross functional collaboration internally
  • Establish and Maintain relationships with key investors and partners.
  • Support the COO with investment and fundraising activities
 
Skills and Experience
  • Honours degree in Law, Finance, Technology or Business from a top tier local or international university. MBA is a plus.
  • Above 5 year of consulting, business management, finance or legal experience preferred.
  • Strong technology interest and aptitude is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional groups.
  • Exceptional and demonstrable problem-solving and design capabilities.
  • Excellent written/verbal English communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in working virtually and across a diverse range of cultures and geographies.
  • Adapts well to dynamic situations.
  • Communicates clearly, tactfully and effectively.
  • Ability to foster and model strong teamwork.

This person will be the first marketing hire in Indonesia and will work closely with the leadership team to launch across APAC markets.

CUSCEN Marketing Team focuses on driving CUSCEN‘s positioning and messaging, defining how to tell our story and delivering it through various mediums, including sales enablement, content marketing, thought leadership, and so on.

Responsibilities

  • Own the content marketing strategy. Define content themes and thought leadership angles, and work cross-functionally to write/edit for multiple channels, including web pages, campaigns, video scripts, banners, social posts, emails, and blogs
  • Develop sales collateral that includes pitch decks, blogs, demos, videos, white papers, webinars, case studies, and other materials showcasing CUSCEN‘s business solutions expertise and thought leadership.
  • Support sales enablement programs to ensure content usage, feedback collection, and continued iteration.
  • Deeply understand our customers, product, competitors and partners, and leverage this knowledge to optimize company positioning and messaging across content, channels, sales, and customer communications.
  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, easy to navigate, and optimized for search engines.
  • Manage brand guidelines.
  • Develop market/competitive intelligence, acting as our thought leader and expert
  • Continuously experiment, measure, and communicate results of B2B marketing approaches and programs.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience with product/SaaS marketing.
  • Candidates with experience in enterprise business applications will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build marketing assets and content
  • Strong technology interest and aptitude is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
